We are pleased to once again have Sensei Michael Berger visiting Saturday, November 1st to teach several seminars.
Sensei Berger is a very well regarded instructor, not only for his traditional Shotokan skills, but also for his knowledge of practical applications and Chinese martial arts. Sensei Berger trained in Japan in the 1980s & 1990s, including at both Takushoku and Komazawa Universities, both very well known for their karate clubs. He also studied various martial arts in China while there pursuing an advanced degree in traditional Chinese medicine. He is also the author or producer of several books and videos.
Sensei Berger will be teaching several classes from 8:00 – 10:00 am and 12:00 – 2:00 pm in our Redwood City dojo:
8:00-9:15am – all levels
9:15-10:00am – brown- & black-belt only
12:00-1:15pm – all levels
1:15-2:00pm – brown- & black-belt only
Fees are as follows:
1 seminar $25
2 seminars $45
3 seminars $60
4 seminars $70
*discount $5 for student attending 1 or 2 seminars; $10 off if attending 3 or 4
**discount $5 for pre-payment of 1 or 2 seminars; $10 for 3 or 4 (prepayment = payment received by 10/25)
