Sensei Michael Berger will again be visiting our dojo on the weekend of November 16-17.
As many SVSK members already know, Sensei Berger is a very highly-regarded, highly-skilled instructor, known not only for his traditional Shotokan skills, but also for his knowledge of practical applications and Chinese martial arts. Sensei Berger trained in Japan in the 1980s & 1990s, including at both Takushoku and Komazawa Universities — two of the toughest university karate clubs in Japan. He has also studied various martial arts in China while there pursuing an advanced degree in traditional Chinese medicine. He is also the author or producer of several books and videos. These seminars are open to all ranks and ages from all martial arts styles but geared toward more advanced (brown & black belt) adult Karate practitioners.
Seminars Saturday (Nov 16) 5:00-7:00pm (time changed from originally planned 2-4pm, due to unexpected last-minute flight changes by Delta) and Sunday (Nov 17) 10:00am-12:00pm at our Palo Alto headquarters location.
Just $35 for one seminar or $55 for both.
